In 1941 standard army camouflage was olive (410D) on the top and grey (43NG) on the bottom. The 1944 standard called for unpainted (aluminium) aircraft with an olive anti-reflective stripe on top. In the Pacific theatre of operations green (42MG) camouflage was sometimes applied to the base olive paint.
